One response to “Turning”

  1. The golden air in this photo, along with the dappled reflections in the water, give me a sense of warmth, and somehow hope. The cycles of life, the layers of interdependencies, the pause for stillness – I’m trying to connect this with a specific memory or story but nothing immediately arises. I miss your wise commentary. I’m aware that when I sat down at this computer this morning, it was to make progress on something which has a deadline in just a couple of days, so . . . do I really have TIME to see where this photo leads me? Right now?

And then I realize that maybe that’s the lesson here – TAKE TIME. Don’t rush past this present moment. Be still.
